The elevator has been delayed - for no apparent reason. The painters are complete with all the basic painting and are down to the shelving and paneling I added. Appliances are installed, as are the glass hand rail panels - both inside and out.

I am getting complaints about the HVAC units on the roof - the Fripp Island ARB enforcer came down to express her concern. I have not yet built the screening rail in front of it them which will completely hide the units. Oh well.

All the tile is complete and plumbing fixtures are mostly set (we are still waiting on one sink). We hope to put power on the house this week. The yard is done and mulched - the grass was cut for the first time yesterday. We are going to be doing punch work (door locks, towel bars, etc.) next week and will be putting the sound equipment and theater system in as well. Light  fixtures and the lighting control system are scheduled for installation beginning next Saturday.
